Return and Exchange Policy
You must carefully read our Return & Exchange Policy for returns. You would not need to worry if the request is for return within the policy.
General Conditions Returns or exchange would not be accepted beyond 10 days of receipt.
Sale or discount order is not returnable or exchangeable.
If you want to cancel your order, please e-mail us at thehairexpressteam@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. One valid reason should be cited to return or exchange. No return or exchange shall be considered after 10 days from the date of delivery.
Products that Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Sale Orders / Discounted Products
Accessories such as Evil Eye Jewel products, Scrunchies from Dinckle, Hair clips, and Combs Hair Fragrances & Hairline Powder
Products bought from pop-ups, exhibitions, or in-studio trials
Products whose colour has changed, has undergone chemical treatment, or has been damaged due to hair styling after purchase
Returning Items
Initiate Returns: Login to your account in THE HAIR EXPRESS or click the URL and select the product you would like to return. Provide your reason and attach a picture.
Approval: Once your request is received by our team, we will subsequently assess your eligibility for return and make arrangements for reverse pickup.
Quality Check: On reaching us, the products will undergo quality check. If the goods pass, store credits will be issued.
Note: The credits will carry a subtraction of $ 25
CRUCIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Keep the items in the original state as received. No used or otherwise altered product (ex. washed, colored, cut, chemically treated, or also brushed for curly or wavy hair) will be taken.
Record unboxing video package before breaking the seal of the courier. This is to support any claim of physical damage or loss of product. Valid proof in video is required for return and exchange for damaged or defective products.
Write down clearly the order number and contact number on the package upon returning orders.
$ 25 will be deducted for every returns/exchanges for logistics, prepping and packaging.
Refund and Store Credit
WHICH MEANS NO BANK REFUNDS. Thus, refunds are only through store credits. Store credit will be issued after deducting a fee of $ 25, which may be used towards future shopping or gifting. Store credit will be sent to you through email directly from us.
Note: Shipment delivery may take up to 20 days under circumstances like festivals, Sale, adverse weather like rains, natural calamities or political crises, and curfews. We assure you that we will try best to deliver your product. This should, however, not be considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
